The Bolivian and The Jock took on the Pearson 150k yesterday, weather was kind and terrain a little sticky but all good. Strava app. is v useful but a phone battery guzzler!
More to follow in the coming days…
Well we did it Amstel Gold 2012 completed & O&U certainly made an impact… we’ll let the pictures tell the story but we hope it will only be the start… bring it on!
Couple of pics from a wkd Dorking ride. The Rookie and The Bolivian sporting Team: O&U home and away kit. The Rookie with his new steed which has made him doubly quick and has certainly put him in the box seat with regards to being team pace setter… less than 2 weeks to go!
Sad news from the north as friend to Team O&U, Jonny T, has been involved in a nasty cycling accident and is going to be out of action for a while. Seen here on his stag wkd,
we wish you a speedy and full recovery and send our love to you, Esme and Martha,
keep strong squire and we’ll look forward to riding the rolling hills of Yorkshire with
you again very soon… Onwards & Upwards!
Training officially starts in earnest for The Thespian… seen here on a 6am run to Richmond Pk… and beyond!
Burgess Hill Sportive completed and a good marker for the Amstel Gold. Bad luck followed The Pigeon around for the full 71 miles, including two punctures, squirrel squashing, 2 road side… er… evacuations, a lost mobile & having to complete the last 15miles single speed due to a cable snapping! Big thumbs up to The Saint and The Lothario for bringing us in with miles in the legs for The Publican, The Bolivian and new recruit for the day, The Bear… bring on April 14th!
Ahh the trials and tribulations of the Surrey Hills, alas The Little Legs had to bail early doors on Saturday after a vain attempt to make a running repair to a clearly shredded tyre… the rest bagged a steady 47 hilly miles with a special mention to Mr 6 Gears aka The Rookie who put in a fine performance… big things expected when he upgrades… roll on April!
The Bolivian and The Saint at The Littlest Legs homestead after our return… eye spy a certain stadium… up the Hammers… er eventually… small matter of the Olympics first!
Inventive as ever check out The Saint’s snow boarding socks come shoe covers… but what did he do with the left over material you may ask… yep that’s right made them into handy nipple covers!
Better late than never ie. taken a few weeks ago! The Saint and The Littlest Legs on their way to a v frosty Epping Forest…
Out with new team chums ‘The Babe’ and ‘The Saint’ round Biggin Hill way…

London bound after the Yorkshire festivities…
Spot the Bolivian… somewhere heading to Appletreewick…
